Doug Jordan, owner of Java Junction at Grossmont Center, an outdoor shopping mall in La Mesa, opened his store for the first time since closing in March.
The mall opened to the public today with a few gift shops, formal dress shops and a few of the small eat-in dining restaurants. Late Wednesday night the State of California approved San Diego County’s plan for Phase 2 of the reopening plan.
